Giant Shark is a large, striking piece that would make a strong statement wherever you place it. The subtle colors, curves, movement, and rich grain of this piece are spectacular. Measures 8.75" tall, 25.5" wide and 13" deep. Weighs 9 lbs, 4 ounces.
When I work wood with my rotary tools, the piece often shapes itself. I'm never sure what will be revealed. After shaping and sanding the figure, I coat it with light stain to bring out the beautiful colors. Then I spray it with polyurethane to preserve and protect the piece.
